Montenegro is a small country in southeast Europe, in the west of the Balkans, but very famous about its incredible nature beauties. In this arrangement, ’’Monte Mare Travel’’ agency brought together wonderful cities at the seaside and mountain towns in the north, as well as the cruising on the largest lake in the Balkans – Skadar lake and visits to the most famous monasteries. In order to meet our customers, we have arranged a package where you will be able to see and experience the best of Montenegro for 7 days.

Day 1 – Budva Old Town sightseeing

We will welcome you to the airport, and then head towards Budva. We start sightseeing with our licensed travel guide and after it we will head to the hotel. Check-in 3 or 4-star hotel in Budva/Becici. Dinner. Leisure time. Overnight stay.

Day 2 – Perast – Our Lady of the Rocks – Kotor – Tivat

Breakfast. This day with our licensed travel guide we will visit at first Perast – beautiful coastal city. You will hear about its rich history, long history of maritime. Then, boat ride to the Our Lady of the Rocks island – visiting 15^th century church and museum. Taking ride around amazing Boka Bay and coming to Kotor. Sightseeing of this city included in UNESCO list of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage. Luch at the famous restaurant. Free time. Back to the hotel in Budva/Becici. Free time. Overnight stay.

Day 3 – Bar – Old Olive Tree – Ulcinj – The Great Beach

Breakfast. We start driving towards Bar where you will see St. Jovan Vladimir Temple, Old Bar – the oldest inhabited place in Montenegro and Old Olive Tree – a monument of nature, the oldest tree in Europe and also one of the oldest trees in the world. Continuing our journey to the Ulcinj. Sightseeing of the city ‘magic stranded ship’. Free time for coffee, shopping. Going to the Long Beach situated only few km from the city covered with beautiful fine sand. Lunch at the fish restaurant. Return to the hotel in Budva/Becici. Free time. Overnight stay.

Day 4 – Cetinje Monastery – Ostrog Monastery – Morača Monastery

Breakfast at the hotel. Check – out.

This day is planned for religious tour, so you will visit the biggest sanctuaries in Montenegro.

After finishing Monasteries visit, return to Podgorica. Lunch at the traditional restaurant.

Check – in hotel 3 or 4* in Podgorica. Free time. Overnight stay.

Day 5 – Skadar lake cruising

Breakfast. Driving towards Virpazar – small fishing village. We start our Skadar Lake cruising (2 hours). Enjoy the view of cultural and historical monuments, flora and fauna of the lake. After cruise, having lunch in unrepeatable ambience. Take a swim or some other activity in the lake which leaves you breathtaking! Return to the hotel in Podgorica. Free time. Overnight stay.

Day 6 – Zabljak – NP Durmitor – Black lake – Durdjevica Tara bridge

Breakfast. We start this day driving towards Zabljak with our licensed travel guide. Taking photo breaks and enjoying breathtaking landscapes by the way. Coming to the highest town in the Balkans and starting walking tour around Black lake. It is difficult to describe beauty of natural abundance until you until you experience it. Free time for coffee break. Continuing our journey to Djurdjevica Tara Bridge. Enjoying the view from one of the most beautiful bridges in Europe. Free time for refreshment at the bar, walking by the bridge, or for those bravest ZIP LINE – optionally. Lunch at the traditional restaurant on the way. Arriving at the hotel in Podgorica. Free time. Overnight stay.

Day 7 – Breakfast at the hotel. Check – out. Free time. Transfer to the airport. The end of the tour package.
