Skadar Lake and Rijeka Crnojevica tour

This tour with our licensed travel guide, we start visiting Virpazar – a small fishing village. The village in the past was a strategically important trading city but today this place serves as the main gate in the Skadar Lake National Park. Here, you’ve got your free time for visit local restaurants or climb to the fortress Besac – the most attractive viewpoint on the Skadar Lake. This area is also recognizable by local wines, which you can taste in family vineyards and cellars.

Then, we start our Skadar Lake cruising (2 hours). Enjoy the view of cultural and historical monuments, flora and fauna of the lake. Take a swim in the lake which leaves you breathtaking!

Taking ride to Rijeka Crnojevića. Photo break on Pavlova Side – one of the most attractive viewpoints in Montenegro, the most famous “picture card” of Montenegro which adorns the covers of famous magazines around the world.

Coming to the ‘Montenegrin Venice’. Sightseeing of the ruins of Obod printing office where the first Cyrilic book was printed in this part of Europe – in 1494, free time. We recommend to taste fish specialties at the local restaurants, with a view on Prince Danilo bridge – the construction which attracts tourists in a special way.
